Ever since buying my iPhone I have found Apple to go above and beyond to be helpful.

I am seriously technically challenged. I don’t mind admitting it. I often ring Apple for help over basic issues that most people could fix themselves. The Apple staff have always been both courteous and accommodating to my needs.

It saddens me to think people are running the Apple name down.
