Hi all, I’m back

This week I read a book called, 100 ways to live to 100, by Siimon Reynolds. I mean no offence to Siimon, but I don’t know if I want to live to 100. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t fancy falling off the perch next week or anything, but 100…

Sometimes longevity isn’t all its cracked up to be.

Okay I know I am gravitating towards the negative, so before I lose what little readership I have, I’ll inspire you all with something mind blowing.

Siimon Reynolds said – Think Young

For me thinking young is simply a matter of participating in activities that I enjoyed during my childhood.

I will on occasions read books that excited me in my yesteryears, I will on occasions watch tv shows and movies that engaged me in my yesteryears, and I will on occasions listen to music that motivated me in my yesteryears.

And I will remember the person I used to be.

It seems that my efforts have paid off too as people often tell me that I am young at heart. They say I make them feel younger when I am with them.

So let’s all follow Siimon Reynolds advice and THINK YOUNG
