So true. When I fail at something I tend to dwell on it. At least for a day or so, maybe longer if it’s a big thing.
Once a few years back I was walking around glum as. I could not shift out of my self negativity.
When I think back to that situation today, I can no longer remember what I was feeling glum about.
Now when I feel down about about something or if I feel like a failure, I say to myself, Are you making a bigger deal about this than necessary.
Chances are I am.
