Well done. It sounds as if you are working hard to maintain what you have achieved thus far. If stepping on the scales each day works for you, stick with it.

Working in the education system I am privy to see what children eat for lunch – what food they have in their lunch boxes. Most of the time they eat healthy, nutritious lunches. The problem that concerns me is they eat too much of it. A cheese sandwich is great, but do they need to eat two of them. Do they need to have cut up apple and carrots on the side, plus half an avocado, a egg and a packet of sultanas.

No wonder we are all piling on the weight…
