Yes one has to enjoy the journey. Sometimes on a Sunday afternoon I take my book to bed for a read…sometimes I even fall asleep. Talk about peaceful. There I am lost in a world that is not my own, perfectly content, and ever so drowsy. That for me is living the moment, achieving the simple things in life.
