Yes, that happened to me. A friend of mine didn’t speak to me for a few years, but just recently we started talking again, which is nice. Even still, things are not the same. I started pursuing other interests (while we weren’t talking) ie - my writing… and feel like I’ve moved off in a different direction. I’ll see what happens. Thanks for sharing your story.
