You can if you want, than why is it some people don’t.

Do they not know a way out of their hole? Do they not want to seek help? Are they afraid depression makes them weak?

I would like to think that if I was in a slump for a long period, I would do something about it. And that happiness could eventually come my way again if I was willing to work at it.
